Subscriptions & Payments

ChartWise offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required to access basic functionality.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are available through subscription plans. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or web payment providers.
Refunds
Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store where the purchase was made. We cannot process refunds directly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartWise and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for:
- Any financial losses resulting from the use of our Service
- Trading decisions made based on our signals or analysis
- Inaccuracies or errors in market data or AI predictions
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Your use of ChartWise is at your sole risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of ChartWise, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the underlying code, are the exclusive property of CB Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
